Photo Booths x COVID-19... What's next?
To say the last few months have been challenging would be an understatement. With events non-existent and the looming threat of COVID-19, photo booth rentals have taken a back seat. Although many photo booth rental companies went out of business during this unprecedented time, we are happy to say that Pixster has used this time to improve backend processes and systems. Our goal in this time was to make sure that when events did come back that we would not only be ready but even better than before.
The Pixster team brainstormed many ideas we could change about the way we do business, and of course, our main focus was improving customer service. Not saying we needed it since we have the highest customer service marks in the industry, but we are a little obsessive! Well, our projects were a success and we are happy to report the next time you rent a photo booth from us will be even better than the last. Through this time we have overhauled the way we manage our clients to make the booking, collaboration, and day-of your event even more seamless and customer service centered. In addition, our production team has been hard at work redeveloping our training and on boarding program. These 2 initiatives will elevate our customer service in a way that we would not have been able to do so before the pandemic.
There's one other BIG project we are working on but not quite ready to share yet. Let's put it this way, it will shake up the whole industry!
Now we are left at where we are today. COVID-19 is starting to fizzle and events are starting to return. This means we as a photo booth company have the responsibility to take your health and safety extremely seriously. In response to the health emergency, Pixster is taking necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees and event guests. During this unprecedented time Pixster employees will be wearing masks, gloves and sanitizing our booths and sharing stations regularly. In addition, Pixster will not be offering props until it is safe to do so. We will be encouraging guests to practice safety standards when taking photos but will not impose or enforce rules on guests unless instructed by the host to do so.
HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Surfaces sanitized regularly
Attendants wearing masks
No props offered (unless single use)
Attendant temperatures taken before event
Social distancing standards encouraged
Anti-bacterial provided for both attendants and guests
